AlastairGreat, but download correct software versionThis is a great little microscope for the price. Works as described and can produce good sharp images. However, make sure you download the correct software version as there are two models. Mine has a B on the lower part of the grey barrel, just above the clear plastic. This requires different software download than the non-B model. Initially I installed the wrong version and my computer did not recognise the microscope and gave me an error message. micshi96Great value and compact.Pro's Item work better than I expected. Simple to use and quality clear picture can be taken, exultant for viewing coins so far will be using it for some gem stones soon as well as other odds and ends. I feel it is worth more than I paid for. Con's you have to dig into the website to find out there is 2 different models of this microscope A and B have different features. A which is what the box said it has a camera switch in the cord and is not marked, B does not have a switch and was in the box, it does not have the switch for the camera.
